We invite all members of the Danish-UK Association to participate and engage in this year’s Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting using Microsoft TEAMs Meeting technology. This poses an opportunity for all members – no matter of your geographical location – to attend from a location of your choosing using an internet access via a computer or mobile device, or dial in via a phone to attend this meeting.

All members whether employee of a corporate member, part of a family membership or one of the individual memberships including Young Professional members are encouraged and welcome to attend this Virtual Annual General Meeting and engage with the purpose of the Association. It is the time of year where you have a chance to engage with management and the Board of Directors, to question, query and contribute to the wellbeing of your – the membership’s – Association.

”Danish-UK Relations”

This year we are honoured to welcome special guest, Journalist and TV News presenter Kim Bildsøe Lassen, talking about “Danish-UK Relations”.

Kim Bildsøe Lassen is a well-known and respected Danish presenter and journalist. He has reported from many parts of the world, have lived in Asia, South America, USA and was The Burau Chief for Danish Broadcasting Corporation’s office in London till 2020. Kim Bildsøe Lassen har also for more than a decade been DR News main TV news presenter. He co-authored the book “Briterne og Brexit” (Ed: The Brits and Brexit) together with Divya Das, published 2020.

Special email announcements will be emailed out to the main contact person of each membership who has the voting right on behalf of your membership, whether it is a Company Membership, Family Membership or one of the Individual Memberships. You will also in due course receive an email from Deanne Lintorn, DKUK Events Manager with details on how you can access this meeting on the day via your Personal Computer, Laptop or mobile device that has web access, or if not possible via a dial in phone number.
