DMA is hosting its first engagement with Côte d’Ivoire since 2018, in partnership with the Department for International Trade and the Côte d’Ivoire Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain (CICCGB), and the first significant engagement with President Ouattara’s new Administration.

Following the signing of the Economic Partnership Agreement between the UK and Côte d’Ivoire in October 2020, the event will be led by senior government officials from President Ouattara’s newly formed Government.

Chaired by the CICCGB and opened by the Lord Sheikh, the event will feature the Minister of Private Investments Promotion, the Minister for Trade and Industry, the UK’s Minister for International Trade, HMG’s Trade Commissioner for Africa, UK Export Finance, Cote d’Ivoire’s new Ambassador to the UK and Stanbic Bank.
