Thank you to everyone that joined us for an insightful webinar with DKUK Patron’s Circle member SEB.

Please find the recording below, and do feel free to share!

These challenges, however, present the opportunity to rise above and come back even stronger than you were before. Mentally resilient people are able to survive challenging situations, but mentally tough individuals tend to even prosper in stressful situations, so how can we all learn to be more mentally thought now?

We are pleased to be joined by Helena Whitmore, head of private banking from SEB and Annely Kurg, leadership coach and mentor on this highly relevant subject.

Discussion:

  • Mental wellbeing beliefs and values
  • How is SEB dealing with mental wellbeing (before, during and after lockdown)
  • How to build mental resilience and toughness to bounce back after crisis?

A toolkit of psychological skills training techniques includes:

  • Relaxation,
  • Positive thinking,
  • Goal setting,
  • Visualisation,
  • Focusing on your power, not your helplessness.

We encourage attendees to join in on the discussion during the webinar.
