Kicking off from 1.30pm, guests will gather around for coffee & cinnamon buns, 

followed by a lesson on how to pickle, store & traditionally serve Nordic Herring.

Price: £40.00 per person 

(for an additional £15.00, guests can join the Head Chef Robin after the class for schnapps, herring & more inspiration on how to serve their own herring).

 

Price includes:

Cinnamon bun & coffee for arrival

Herring to take home

Ekte branded goody bag with schnapps (50ml) & rye bread
