DKUK Member’s facilities at Club Quarters is back!
Hot desking, fitness, food - it is back!
We are pleased to announce that DKUK member facilities are now open again at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square – finally. It is not quite yet as we know it, but almost so make sure you read the following before you go, incl how to get your access card.
Together with Club Quarters we are committed to keeping you safe and details of the pandemic measures put in place can be found here. Members are required to wear masks while on the premises and scan the NHS tracking app upon arrival.
Hot desk sessions – prebook
The Gallery Lounge on the second floor mezzanine, the spacious & bright Victoria Room with its beautiful high ceiling and the Club Living Room have all been allocated as the club’s co-working spaces. Equipped with individual & safely spaced dedicated hot desks these must now be booked in advance. Free to use for DKUK members with DKUK Club Quarter cards.
Dedicated Spacious Hot desk sessions will be bookable between 7am-1.00pm and 2pm-8pm. The Club Quarter team will sanitise desks between sessions during 1-2pm at which time the club will be closed to help ensure everyone’s safety.
NOTE! Sessions must be booked before coming in to the club at connectionsatts.simplybook.it. To avoid disappointment, please do not arrive without a booking.
If it is first time you use this booking system you will need to register your name and email with a password. Once that is done you can book.
Remember to bring your DKUK Membership card!

Shared equipments and more
Please also bring your own laptop and you are welcome to bring in refreshments. Airprinter is available for printing at the Front Desk.
Shared hi-touch equipment & amenities such as computer stations, coffee/water machines & snacks are withdrawn per government guidelines at this time.
DKUK Bridge club
The Bridge Club is set to be back playing its first game early July – as always 2nd Thursday of the month including a lunch break at Boyds. Stay tuned for more on this.

Club Quarters is where DKUK Members have access to discounted hotel rooms throughout the year – great for weekend stays, work stays, and get-aways.
Any (!) DKUK member individual, family or employee of a corporate member enjoy access to special discounted rates no matter when during the year you plan to book an overnight stay.

Do you have a DKUK Club Quarter card?
To gain access to the facilities you need to bring your DKUK issued Club Quarters access card with your picture and name on it. Each membership type is issued with one or more cards:
- Individual memberships incl Young Professional members – 1 named card
- Family memberships – 2 named cards
- Corporate memberships small, medium and large carries 2, 3 and 4 named cards respectively
- Patron’s Circle membership carries in addition to their regular membership – 6 named cards

Once government guidelines are relaxed, Club Quarters hope to reinstate more of the full services as well as extending access to the other Club Quarter venues in London, but for the time being, we look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
