Projects and Quote Grid
Projects View contains all the details you need to close a sale: project notes and history, project specific companies and contacts, project specific quotes, enquiries, drawings and specifications, follow up dates and actions.
Our quote grid allows you to track which quotes have been sent to which contacts easily and allow you to request copies of other quotes, add contacts and manage the life of the project.
Companies and Contacts
The SalesLoop contacts database shows all the key client details: client visit notes and order activity, location address, full individual contact details (email, mobile etc), links to live projects which client is involved with.
The Follow Up View shows what needs to be done each day, in a condensed overview so it can be more easily digested and actioned if required. This includes: link to project view, project name, quote value, commission value, latest note, key contact name, mobile No and email (with links) and follow up date and actions.
Reports and Analysis
The Reports feature allows SalesLoop to run a number of fully customisable reports. Reports currently available include: project statistics (by month, manufacturer, area and/or totals of our pipeline), outstanding quotes, contacts reports (specific types of clients in specific areas) and projects reports.
SalesLoop allows you to know at any point EXACTLY what is in your Pipeline. It has up to the minute, real time, historical, and factual analysis of: No of new projects logged each month, value of new projects logged each month, total No of live projects, total Value of live projects, No of OTPs, value of OTPs. This data can be broken down by area, owner or manufacturer so that you can see at any point where you should be targeting your effort.
